- This restaurant specializes in Hongchang (fourth stomach of cow) since 1970s and has served it by grilling on briquette or charcoal fire along with the specially made Deonjang (soy bean paste) sauce with garlic and green onion slices. Hoggchang is a low calory diet and has special power of preventing osteoporosis and with more abundant content of calcium than beef makes it very good for the growth development of children. Makgui that cuts into the shapes of radish gimchi for grilling on charcoal is also very famous at this place.
