- This place is a specialty restaurant of Kong-guksu (noodles in cold soybean soup) having lasted for two generations from the mother-in-law to the daughter-in-law, which is a hot eatery well-known for savory and thick soybean soup. They sell Kong-guksu for the first time in Daegu about 40 years ago, strenuously focusing on the item only. The zucchini, julienned and stir-fried with cooking oil to be garnished, is chewed while eating and the delicate flavor of Kong-guksu is excellent.
