There are several restaurants on the street that specialize in steamed galbi cooked in a nickel silver pot, which keeps the customers returning because of the stringy meat and tasty seasonings.
The steamed galbi is cooked for a long time until it is soft, and when the customer orders, it is steamed one more time for 10 minutes together with red-pepper powder and garlic.
