- This place is a 33-year-old Kalguksu (traditional Korean noodle soup) specialty restaurant, which boasts al dente and glutinous noodle stripes made by spreading the dough with a wooden roller exactly in the same way as our mothers did in former days. Their typical menu is Kalguksu (traditional Korean noodle soup) of which the soup is boiled for more than 4 hours after putting 12 kinds of ingredients including shrimp, anchovy and kelp, thereby creating excellent flavor of rich and savory soup.
